The International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) is entering its 25th year, we are all excited and committed to our vision: organizing good quality international conferences that provide valuable educational services to young researchers in the Asia region, particularly researchers in China. The conferences will be held on 12-15 July 2026 in Cagliari, Italy.

• The manuscripts should be between 4 to 6 pages in the IEEE conference format. Additional pages will be charged. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least THREE reviewers.
• All papers will be:
  • Submitted for consideration for inclusion and indexing by IEEE Xplore (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/) (http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/)
  • Submitted for indexing to EI Compendex
  • Selected papers will be recommended for publication in special issues of SCI Indexed journals such as International Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics (JMLC)
