The 25th International Conference on Machine Learning and Cybernetics (ICMLC) and the 23rd International Conference on Wavelet Analysis and Pattern Recognition (ICWAPR) will take place in Cagliari, Italy, from 12 to 15 July 2026.

These conferences provide a premier platform for researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to share and advance ideas in the fields of Machine Learning, Cybernetics, and Wavelet Analysis. This year’s special focus areas include machine learning security, trustworthy AI, cybersecurity, and embodied intelligence.

• The manuscripts should be between 4 to 6 pages in the IEEE conference format. Additional pages will be charged. Please check the website for the details. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least THREE reviewers.
